Led redevelopment of line of merchandisers and utility cabinets developed specifically for outdoor applications at Fuel Centers, emphasizing longevity of service for maximum ROI:
• CRS steel parts E-coated and finished with super-durable outdoor rated powdercoats.
• 304 stainless steel used on parts that interact with ground surface.
• Adjustable stainless steel skirt system allows units to be leveled while skirts sit flush to ground, regardless of grade differences at fuel center sites.
• Units designed/engineered to strategically eliminate many welding operations of unfinished raw metal seams, joints and faces, which drastically reduces risk of rusting due to E-Coat/powdercoat covering all surfaces.
• Assembly and Installation ease taken into consideration during designing/engineering phase to minimize handling damage and QC reject rate.

Concept for securing small cooler while adding minimal height to maintain sight lines, but also provide security at night by sliding doors and locking using fuel center provided locks. Accomodates varying bollard locations from site-to-site, and allows shroud to install from either left or right of cooler.
